When I received the car there was a few issues but the sales guy Danny was great. The manager jack who I have bought 5 cars from mini, was very helpful. Danny and jack new the car was for teaching, but they was very helpful to fix all issues.

Emerald was amazing throughout. Her pitch was balanced and appropriate. I went in to buy a used Mini originally but ended up buying a brand new car ?? handover was efficient and a truly pleasant experience. Was a little nervous but excited ??

Serveral things went wrong from calls not being received as promised, information not given to me in a timely manner, a couple of things not being explained and 1 item missing from the car which I should have had when I ordered it.

I initially spoke to Denise on the phone. We arranged a test drive the same day of calling. She wanted me to enjoy my test drive and ensure the vehicle chosen was what I wanted. I even drove different engine sizes to find the right car for me.

My car suffered a tyre issue and I was able to get my car fixed the same day. The tyre was fixed but a puncture was found on a rear tyre which was replaced. I called the service department for advice after the tyre incident and they were very helpful

I repeat my first answer the two sensors we were told failure was purely coincidence. But the recall was to replace a gasket so could possibly have been caused??

When taking the car out the following day I noticed the dash cams were not working. On inspection it was seen that during the service the leads has been disconnected at both ends and not re-connected. Fortunately my husband was able to rectify this.

Liquid top up completed. I arrived home the warning sign for engine oil appeared on the dashboard. I phoned to question whether the oil had been topped up and advised it could be the car needs more oil. I would have appreciated they be told onsite.
