"I just wanted to write in to commend the excellent service that I received during my recent purchase of a MINI One, and in particular the assistance provided by one of your MINI sales executives, Joanne Eckersley who was extremely helpful from my initial enquiry stage to the handover of the vehicle. Any queries or concerns I had regarding the vehicle were always answered promptly and professionally.

Having initially had some doubts as to purchasing from a dealer, I am pleased to say that my perception of purchasing from a dealership has changed a great deal, I was always given the necessary information needed in helping me choose my MINI, from options regarding price, to extras such as Supagard and finance options but never felt pressured or forced into a decision as I am aware that many dealerships tend to do in order to raise sales and commission.

I feel confident that the vehicle I have purchased is the right one for my requirements, as well as being confident that in the unlikely event of any problems I will continue to receive excellent service from all at MINI Sytner Leicester"
