The handover was handled very professionally but with my experiences with the car since then it needed to be more detailed. There are a raft of features that need more explanation - digital key, service card, even charging, vehicle experiences etc.

Collection, deliver and a fault with the car. All of this could be improved with mini finance and mini being a problem. Unfortunately this has reflected badly on the dealer.

Service Cons Richard forgot me and failed to ask bodyshop to speak with me - despite me pre- notifying an alloy rpr. Waited 2.5 hours and only when Sam took over was I dealt with. Bodyshop Mgr Paul came to see me & had not had request from Richard

Quick and easy handover on arrival, with estimate of the completion time messaged to me. Health check video was provided and I was called when the car was ready, also washed and vacuumed.

The work was completed in one day between arrival and departure times that suited me. The courtesy car was interesting and a pleasure to drive. The cost was met by the extended warranty, apart from the excess of course.
