Purchase process was very good, staff were informative & very helpful meeting my needs. I was kept fully up to date on the progress of my order by Chelsea & especially Georgia. The handover was very good & the car was presented immaculately.

The delivery was fantastic with very good care &advice from Emerald. The purchase was poor, Danny probably knew he was leaving so we didn't get much information, specifically when asking for a dash cam we were told to get our own and fit it ourselves

Car came for a Mot. Was turned round in 50 mins as I had asked if it could be done quicker than the 2 hours quoted as my wife was recovering from surgery. They also sorted out one of the blocked washers and clipped in the loose bumper. Outstanding!

Sytner Leicester were very professional and Rob my service co-ordinator was a pleasure to deal with and did a very good job. The mechanic was also very attentive and found an additional fault with air escaping from three tyres. A very good service.
