We were in the care of two members of staff, Paige Hamill and Claire Maynard who could not have been more helpful. From the purchase attangements to answering questions which had already been answered a hundred times they were efficient and patient.

There was last minute confusion regarding the additional payment of the VED which was not advised during any prior negotiations. Mini UK advised me of the wrong date for handover. I had to re-arrange my diary/schedule at the last minute.

Happy with the whole sales/handover process with Tommy. Had to drop a star as someone neglected to finalise my old finance agreement and I've had a payment go out despite it being paid off. Have been told it will take weeks!!

Everything regarding the service was perfect apart from the fact that I asked for the tyre pressures to be checked. I was told this had been done but after driving about 30 miles a message came up telling me to check the tyre pressures!

I had no idea that the appointment we'd booked was an all day one. I was told when we dropped the car at 8.00 it would be ready for 5. Thankfully my plea for an earlier slot was answered and we were away at 11.00
