There was a problem with AC in my Mini, Sytner Mini Service quoted charge of £150 to carry out investigation to find cause that I agreed to. Then got a call asking for further £150 twice. Sytner found cause and repairs done but not fixed AC.

My mini was in for a brake fluid service. Straight forward booking in online, arrived early to wait inline for my car to be taken. Greeted with a nice guy who took my details and keys and Meah took over. She rang when it was ready to collect.

The original service date was delayed due to parts availability, on arrival, the date had changed again, it took 45 minutes to decide if the service could go ahead, then charged £177 for someone to walk around the car and replace a cabin filter ?

Happy with the basic part of service and staff very friendly. However, despite notifying you in advance that wiper blades needed replacing and for bodyshop to look at paint, you had no wiper blades in stock and no bodyshop available.

Happy with the service overall, parts replacement was smooth and I was kept informed. Unfortunately there were some scratches on my car which I found when I collected the car. These are now being dealt with after speaking to the service manager.
