Amazing staff in particular Kerry and Tasha. Really helpful and we're in contact regularly with updates. Kerry did a fantastic handover explaining how the car worked as well as the app. Really friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble.

Sophia is the lady who helped me pick my mobility car. She was very welcoming and friendly. When I came to collect my car , the Sophia sat with me and educated me on all of the settings and buttons on the mini. She did a great job 10/10

I was very satisfied with the servicing and MOT. The quick video is useful for highlighting any parts that will need attention shortly. I only gave 4 and not 5stars because I actually had to ask for the MOT certificate once I had settled the bill.

When I collected my mini I asked if my windscreen wipers as the drivers side one was not wiping properly. The girl said that they were. I hadn't needed to use them until Monday and they were still not wiping properly so I lifted it and it is torn.

Dropped car 10am - no updates, other than offer for aircon service. As travelling from Lboro and dependent on M1 traffic on a Friday afternoon I sent WhatsApp at 4.10 but no reply. Just came over not knowing if car was ready. Otherwise happy.

Fantastic service. Helpful sales executive, Sophia, who set the car up for us and talked us through all the new technology. We had a JCW before but the new model is a huge upgrade. The difference in handling and performance is very noticeable.

Ive had 3 warning lights in 5 months (service) every time I ask please check I won't need anything doing in a couple of months to save me coming in again - they don't check. I had a new tyre, not properly inflated so I had to sort at home
