We were in the care of two members of staff, Paige Hamill and Claire Maynard who could not have been more helpful. From the purchase attangements to answering questions which had already been answered a hundred times they were efficient and patient.

The original service date was delayed due to parts availability, on arrival, the date had changed again, it took 45 minutes to decide if the service could go ahead, then charged £177 for someone to walk around the car and replace a cabin filter ?

The service was very good, however the car wash, wasn't like to previous standard. The car had not been washed properly there were wash marks on the car body and the roof still had dirt on it.

Rob, he was very normal, caring and personable. My car was ready early too which is always a bonus. The only thing was I asked for a quote on a small bumper repair and I've still not heard anything.

Happy with the basic part of service and staff very friendly. However, despite notifying you in advance that wiper blades needed replacing and for bodyshop to look at paint, you had no wiper blades in stock and no bodyshop available.

Service exceeded time slot, all matters not dealt with, technician advised replacement of tire damaged to core, service manager disagreed, tire was immediately checked at an independent garage and was replaced as dangerous.

Happy with the service overall, parts replacement was smooth and I was kept informed. Unfortunately there were some scratches on my car which I found when I collected the car. These are now being dealt with after speaking to the service manager.

Everything regarding the service was perfect apart from the fact that I asked for the tyre pressures to be checked. I was told this had been done but after driving about 30 miles a message came up telling me to check the tyre pressures!
