I generally hate going into car sales showrooms, however the experienve i had with Mini has proved that not all car sales showrooms are the same. The level of service was excellent. Friendly, informative, non time wasting and actually quite enjoyable

The service provided during and up to the purchase of the vehicle was excellent. However, on reflection, I was left disappointed on delivery/collection of the car and felt customer service could have been better.

The handover was handled very professionally but with my experiences with the car since then it needed to be more detailed. There are a raft of features that need more explanation - digital key, service card, even charging, vehicle experiences etc.

Collection, deliver and a fault with the car. All of this could be improved with mini finance and mini being a problem. Unfortunately this has reflected badly on the dealer.

When my car was returned after the service there were spots inside the roof of the car and on my cap.i can only assume it happened during washing. Everything else was first class!

Vehicle was booked in on a Saturday, after waiting 2 hours the work was not complete. Motability scheme authorisation issue as it's closed on Saturday. Please book in vehicle correctly.
