I received excellent and speedy service via Chelsea @ sytner Leicester because I chose to go and look at a Countryman cooper and from deciding on this particular car and order being placed I was in my 68 plate within a week.

Very satisfied overallSmall point. Cars seem to get allocated to specific staff for booking in etc. It seems a little bit silly that if they are busy or not at their desk and other staff are free that you cannot see any of the service personnel

After our Mini was recovered it was assessed quickly and we had a quote by the end of the day. Once the quote was accepted the car was fixed and back on the road by the following lunch time.

When I initially booked I was told it would be a 6 week wait to get a courtesy car, after I said I would take the car to another dealer it miraculously changed to 3 weeks. Apart from that I cannot fault the service

Was asked to bring car in as there was a fault to correct.Service very good.I had to ask about details of the fault, this was not volunteered and there was no apology for the inconvenience of having to bring the car in.

No washed car as they were closing early on Saturday. Why would you book a customer in if you can’t give them the full service.
