Small things make a massive difference. There is a significant difference of my new car to the old one - no heated windscreen. This was not identified or pointed out by the sales advisor. Also the SatNav software had not been loaded. I await a fix.

Service seemed to take a lot longer than normal. I arrived at 9.45am for 10.00am service and had my car returned at 1.20pm even though my car was parked outside the showroom before 1.00pm. I accept service can sometime take longer than normal

The BMW centre over the road is much more comfortable to work in, has better coffee/tea facilities, etc. After working at the Mini work station for two hours I had backache - and as they do the servicing over the road why can't customers go there?

The answer is above, I came back in to the showroom when I got in my car and was told this message would right itself in 24hours. This was not the case when the new battery was fitted in December and should have been picked up by your engineer.

Wait time was longer than 90 mins which as I booked it in whilst I worked wasnt great. The onsite staff were lovely. Facilities were fine couldnt connect to wifi. Price was ridiculous my BMW X6 service was cheaper

My car was booked in 2 months in advance, dropped off at 8:15, I requested it be ready for 3:30 if possible. I got a call at 3 to say the service hadn't even been started and wouldn't be ready till next day. Both my husband and I (cont in next box)

Service hasn't been as good as previous years and did not feel as valued. third car via the same centre. recieved flowers nothing this time. Also thought car would be on 19 plate when came to buy one got told at end in 68 plate. Requested 19 plate

1. Delay booking in with poor service 2. Rude staff not listening to my questioning of the need for brake pad change at 15,000 3. Unable to solve problem due to it being a weekend 4. Long wait for next appointment 5. No courtesy car offered
